“The assertiveness training was a great training experience, it was fun and helped me learn new skills along the way, how to deal with people etc, it made me learn a lot of things about myself; how I can be passive in certain situations, and I learnt the different behaviour types.
I would recommend this type of training as i think its very valuable. Since the training, in my day to day life I think of the assertiveness training and what I have learnt and now apply it all.
